Leyland O’Brien makes his screen debut in this offbeat coming-of-age movie as a confused mixed race teenager living and working in the retirement home owned by his mother (Rula Lenska), having to cope with his irascible dying grandfather (Ron Moody) at the same time as dealing with the sexual possibilities offered by his fellow worker Kim (Lee Blakemore). Cinema release in the UK by Storyline Distribution.
